In a significant move towards fostering economic advancement and strengthening rural development, VISHVAS KOZ Tractors LTD, a leading manufacturer of agricultural machinery, on Monday 7th of August 2023, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The incorporated Trustee of Self Reliance Economic Advancement Programme (SEAP) MicroFinance Institution,( Debby Mega Automotive).
The MoU, valued at a multi-million sum, sets the stage for a strategic partnership between VISHVAS KOZ Tractors LTD and SEAP MicroFinance Institution. The primary objective of this collaboration is to provide and sell spare parts for tractors, as well as enhance after-sales service activities for farmers and tractor owners across the country.
The signing ceremony, held at the corporate headquarters of SEAP MicroFinance Institution Olorunsogo Area, Ilorin, was attended by key representatives from both organizations. The agreement marks a pivotal milestone in their shared commitment to uplift and support the agricultural community.
Speaking on the occasion, Chairman of VISHVAS KOZ Tractors LTD, Mall Issa Onilu who was ably represented by Managing Director of the company , Hon Kayode Oyin Zubair expressed his enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “This partnership with SEAP MicroFinance Institution aligns perfectly with our vision of empowering farmers and driving agricultural growth.
