SSA on transport, Hon. Orire congratulates New TUC Chairman , Onijikipa
Hon. Ibrahim Olarewaju Orire, the Senior Special Assistant to Kwara State Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman on transport, has congratulated Alhaji Abdulrahman Olayinka Onikijipa on his emergence as the new state chairman of the Trade Union Congress (TUC).
Onikijipa who was elected at the recently held Triennial Conference of the labour body in Ilorin the state capital.
Hon. Orire expressed his confidence in the new TUC chairman’s ability to lead the union effectively.
In a statement realised to JustEventOnline, Orire commended the peaceful conduct of the conference and congratulated the new TUC leadership. He expressed confidence that Onikijipa’s experience would be invaluable in leading the union and expressed the government’s commitment to working with the TUC to improve the welfare of workers in the state.
