In commemoration of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s first year of his second term in office, the Office of the Adviser on Party Affairs, in collaboration with the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) and the Road Transport Employer Association of Nigeria (RTEAN), organized a special prayer to celebrate his achievements in the state.
Led by Chief Imam of RTEAN, Sheikh AbdulAzeez Afolabi, the prayer session sought divine guidance, well-being, and understanding for the governor as he continues to lead the state.
The governor, who also serves as the Chairman of the Nigeria Governors Forum, was described as a leader who has made life worth living for citizens and was urged to prioritize the people’s needs and ensure the safety of lives and properties.
Speaking with Just Event Online TV, Adviser on Party Affairs, Alaka Moshood urged the transporters to maintain the peace and unity in the state
Speaking further, we are the first to organise prayer to commemorate first year of the 2nd in office as the Governor of Kwara State for his dedication towards positioning the state
He urge Kwarans to continue to be patience and prayerful for the governor and state
On his part, RTEAN Chairman who doubled as the Kwara TUC Chairman, Alhaji AbdulRahman Onikijipa commended the Gov for strides in the state and urged him to continue in delivering good governance
Commissioner for Education and HumanCapital Development, Hajia Saadatu Moddibo Kawu commended the transporters for the program, while urging them to maintain peace and harmony among themselves.
