Rep. Shagaya Facilitates Solar Powered Street Lights to Communities in Ilorin West/Asa Local Government Areas

The member representing Ilorin West/Asa Federal Constituency, Honourable Muktar Tolani Shagaya, aimed to bolster security measures and promote social interactions among community members, has facilitated Solar Powered Street Lights to different communities across the Ilorin West/Asa Federal Constituency.

In a remarkable demonstration of commitment to quality service delivery and representation, Honourable Shagaya’s installation of Solar Powered Street lights has entered its next phase across selected communities in both Ilorin West and Asa Local Government Areas.

In a statement released to the public through the constituency office in Ilorin, “several areas have already reaped the benefits of this project, with Otte, Baboko, Alanamu, and Ojuekun Zarumi being among the chosen locations. By providing a sustainable and reliable source of lighting, this project not only enhances the safety of residents but also contributes significantly to the overall development and well-being of these communities.

As the Solar Powered Street light project continues to make strides in improving the quality of life for those living in Ilorin West and Asa Local Government Areas, the unwavering dedication of Hon. Muktar Tolani Shagaya to his constituents remains abundantly clear. This forward-thinking and impactful project serves as a shining example of what can be achieved when leadership and community come together for the greater good”, the statement read.

Residents of the communities have expressed their profound gratitude to Honourable Shagaya for his dedication and efforts in improving their lives. In the words of a resident from Otte, “We are truly thankful for Rep. Shagaya’s unwavering commitment to our well-being. The street lights have made a significant difference in our daily lives, and we couldn’t be more grateful.” Another resident from Alanamu echoed these sentiments, saying, “This project has brought us closer together as a community, and we are incredibly appreciative of the work that Shagaya has done for us.”

With the positive impact of the Solar Powered Street light project being felt throughout the region, residents have united in prayer for Hon. Shagaya, wishing him continued success in his endeavors. They expressed hope that his leadership will inspire others to take action and create meaningful change, as his dedication has touched the lives of many and serves as a testament to his genuine care for the people he represents.
