Member representing Ilorin West/Asa Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, *Hon. Muktar Tolani Shagaya*, has felicitated Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, on the occasion of his 65th birthday, describing him as a visionary leader redefining governance in Kwara State.
In a goodwill message, Hon. Shagaya praised the governor’s commitment to inclusive leadership, infrastructural development, and economic transformation, which have significantly impacted the lives of Kwarans.
