The Presidency, on Friday, directed all ministerial nominees to complete documentation Sunday ahead of their screening by the Senate slated for Monday.
The Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly Matters (Senate), Senator Abdullahi Gumel, revealed this in a statement he signed on Friday announcing the start of documentation for all ministerial nominees.
The nominees were directed to visit his office at the National Assembly complex, between Friday and Sunday for necessary documentation ahead of Monday’s screening.
“Documentation for ministerial nominees has commenced and all nominees are expected to complete all necessary processes before the screening.
“The office will be open on Saturday, and Sunday for this purpose, this is to enable all nominees to complete the process before the screening,” he added.
