PDP, YPP, SDP, NNPP collapse structure, decamp to APC in Kwara

Ahead of March 18 governorship election in Kwara state, members of the Peoples Democratic party, PDP, Social Democratic party, SDP, Young Progressives Party, YPP, and New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP, on Wednesday, decamped to the ruling All Progressives Congress.

In his remarks, S.A Political Intervention, Hon Mashood Alaka, congratulated the decampees for embracing the moving train that is taking Kwara to the next level of development.

Speaking further, he noted that inorder be a bonafide member of APC, they must be committed to the party and loyal to the leader (Mallam Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq) of the party.

On his part, S.A Political Central, Hon. Sulaiman Abubakar Sai-Kayi welcome the defectors and urged them to work unanimously with the progressive team led by uncommon liberator Mall AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq to bring back Kwara’s lost glory.

Also speaking, APC Secretary, Alh. Mustapha Ishowo, while receiving the decampees posited that gov AbdulRahman should be re-elected in order to be able to consolidate on his legacies and track record of unprecedented development and achievements in all sectors.

In their various submissions, the decampees acknowledged the good work of Gov AbdulRazaq and said they believe in political stability which is what prompted them to join the party. They however promised to ensure his victory for the betterment of the State.

The political event had the attendance of Commissioner 2 Local government Civil Service Commission, Alh.Mariam Abdulwasiu Omotayo, S.A Religion Islamic, Alh. Ibrahim Danmaigoro, APC Kwara Central Senatorial Women leader, Alh. Tawakalitu Agaka, Magaji Ngeri HoA Candidate, Barr. Abdulqadir Oba Magaji, among others.
