Adebayo Jamiu, captain, Kwara para games team, has vowed to bring medals from the ongoing National Para Games to Kwara State, specially to honour Governor Abdulrahaman Abdulrazak.
According to him, the governor has shown so much support for para games in the state.
“He was the only governor who visited us during the last edition of the national Nara Games which incidentally is the first of the games.
“Also, he accorded us honours.
“The only thing we can do is to honour him with medals to further encourage him and say a big thank you,” Jamiu said.
Kwara State is among the strongest contenders for the highest number of medal hurl in the completion going by records.
