A prominent member of the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) New Jerusalem Parish 9, Cape Elder Brother Debo Olupinsaiye has issued a strong warning to SSE Lawrence Bolaji, one of the leaders in the parish, cautioning him against attempts to blackmail him.
Olupinsaiye, who has played a significant role in the church’s development, expressed his concerns over Bolaji’s alleged actions aimed at undermining his reputation.
In a public statement, Olupinsaiye underscored his long-standing dedication to the church, pointing out the various ways he has contributed to its growth.
“My involvement in this church has always been sincere, and I have contributed greatly to its advancement,” Olupinsaiye stated.
“From financial support to my active participation, I’ve given all I can to ensure the prosperity of CCC Parish 9.”
The warning to Elder Lawrence Bolaji follows rumors of alleged blackmail attempts.
Olupinsaiye made it clear that such actions would not be tolerated, urging Bolaji and other church leaders to focus on unity and the spiritual well-being of the congregation.
“The church is a place of faith and harmony,” Olupinsaiye emphasised.
“Any attempt to disrupt this peace for personal gain will not be accepted.”
Olupinsaiye, a well-respected figure in the parish, remains firm in his resolve to protect his good name and ensure that the church remains a place of spiritual growth and integrity.
