The Mubarak Opeyemi Lawal Impact Foundation (MOLIF) on Sunday officially launched its Community Assistance and Relief Efforts (CARE) initiative on Sunday at Oke-Ebo L.G.E.A. Primary School, Pakata, Ilorin.

The program, aimed at uplifting the less privileged, witnessed the distribution of food items to 50 households.

In his welcome address, Nafiu Toyin Abdulqadri, Director of Media and Publicity for MOLIF, highlighted the vision of the foundation, emphasizing that one doesn’t need immense wealth to make a positive impact.

He noted that the founder, Mubarak Opeyemi Lawal, from Babapupa Compound, Pakata, created MOLIF to address challenges in education, healthcare, and economic empowerment within the community.

Quoting the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.), Abdulqadri stressed, “What we do for ourselves alone dies with us, but what we do for others and the world remains with us and is immortal.”

Just Event Online TV reports, He expressed gratitude to stakeholders and beneficiaries for supporting MOLIF’s mission to foster hope and resilience.

The project coordinator, Taofiq Alada, outlined the foundation’s ongoing and future initiatives, urging the Ilorin community to continue praying for the founder and his team.

In his remarks, Alhaji Yusuf Amuda Ubandawaki, the Alangua Ubandawaki of Ilorin, commended the foundation’s efforts, describing the intervention as timely and essential for the community’s well-being.

Mallam Umar Offa, President of the Pakata Area Development Association, praised the foundation for its partnership with the association to enroll individuals in a health insurance scheme.

I am pleased to announce that these individuals have been successfully enrolled and will enjoy free medical services for the next year,” he said.

He also encouraged the community to support the foundation through prayers and goodwill.

Beneficiaries expressed gratitude to Mubarak Opeyemi Lawal, praying for Allah’s guidance and protection for him and his household.
