Magaji Ngeri ward passes vote of confidence in Mustapha Isowo, Sulyman Tejidini

...pledged their unalloyed support for Gov AbdulRazaq's second term bid

The leadership of MagajiNgeri ward in the Ilorin West local government area of Kwara State on Tuesday passed a vote of confidence in the State Secretary of APC, Alhaji Mustapha Isowo, APC Ilorin West local government chairman, Com. Sulyman Tejidini.

It dismissed some underworks alleged to have been purported by a serving commissioner in Gov Abdulrazaq’s cabinet and Barrister Kunle Sulyman to mislead and destabilize the party.

Part of the statement reads, “This situation is so disheartening that a serving commissioner is working against the government he is serving. It is too much a betrayer on his part to work against the administration of Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq.

“On the part of our father, Barrister Kunle Sulyman, we are aware from our opposition days that Baba always works for Highest Bidder during Primary. We also know that Baba will produce results for many arrays of aspirants that promises one seat. Therefore, it doesn’t come as a surprise to us when he is doing anything to shovel Direct Primary down our throats. We want His Excellency to know that this is their antic to create chaos and confusion. With direct primary, they will be able to mislead all aspirants who pay them HOMAGE with a brown envelope into believing that their individuals win the primary.

“We would have remained silent as we used to be. But the S.A Political Central, Hon. Sai Kai appointed by the Governor to be the mender of fences and ambassador of peace has resolved to be the agent of violence. It may interest the public to know that Magajingeri ward which is lucky to have many stakeholders is experiencing doom in the hand of a selected few who play dirty politics.”

Mallam Hassan Baba, Secretary Magaji-Ngeri Elders made this known during a press conference in Ilorin.

He said the leadership of the party both at the local government level and state is representing them well, stating that the ward pledged their support for Alhaji Mustapha Isowo, and Tejidini led local executives.

Mallam Hassan on behalf of the  Magaji Ngeri ward, commended Governor Abdulrazaq-led administration for sustaining peace and harmony in the state, saying that they supported his second-term ambition.
