LG Election: We are United in Ifelodun APC, Says Stakeholders

 

The All Progressive Congress (APC) in Ifelodun local government area of Kwara state held its first-ever Unity Meeting on Saturday, ahead of the upcoming Local Government election and 2027 general election. The meeting aimed to unite the party members and ensure a single voice in the elections.

Hon. Abdulganiyu Salaudeen, representing Omupo Constituency at Kwara State House of Assembly, commended the State Executives and members for embracing peace.

Speaking with Just Event Online TV, Kwara State APC Chairman, Prince Sunday Fagbemi, expressed gratitude for the return of peace to Ifelodun local government, attributing it to the understanding between members and party leaders.

He advised the party to remain united, emphasizing that unity is strength, and ensuring every member is carried along will guarantee a 100% victory in the coming Local Government Election.

Acting APC Chairman, Ifelodun local government, Arc. Abubakar Lukman, described the meeting as the first of its kind, aimed at uniting all members to achieve victory in the next Local Government Election.

The event was attended by notable party leaders, including APC State Chairman, Prince Sunday Fagbemi; APC State Secretary, Alh Mustapha Ishowo; Ifelodun Elders and Ward Chairmen, among others.”
