An oil and gas business tycoon, Mr. Lawal Olanrewaju David(LOD) has felicitated Muslims in Kwara State and across Nigeria as they join the rest of the world to round off Ramadan fast and celebrate Eidul Fitr.
This is contained in a statement released by a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC in Ora ward in Ifelodun Local Government area of the state, Mr. Lawal Olanrewaju David, and made available to journalists in Ilorin the state capital.
Mr. Lawal also urged the adherents of the Islamic religion to consolidate on their gains of piety, sacrifice, charity, tolerance, and goodness towards neighbors that the sacred month of Ramadan has taught them.
He also called on the Muslims to continue to support and pray for the Governor and government of Kwara State stressing that His Excellency Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has done so much for kwarans across the 193 wards to deserve the support and cooperation of the citizenry.
“On behalf of my humble self, I congratulate the Muslim Ummah in Kwara State on this year’s Eid-el- Fitri celebration and pray that Almighty Allah accepts our prayers, and grants all our requests so that we can celebrate many more of it in good health and sound mind” the statement concluded.
