Member representing Isin Constituency at Kwara State House of Assembly, Hon. Omotosho Olakunle Rasaq has launched the Bellumi Empowerment Program (BEP) 2024/2025, a transformative initiative designed to drive socio-economic growth and development across Isin Local Government.
In his address, Hon. Omotosho highlighted the program’s objectives, emphasizing its capacity to empower beneficiaries and alleviate economic challenges. He urged participants to seize the opportunity for both personal growth and community development.

“The BEP initiative is a pathway to economic emancipation, and I encourage all participants to leverage this opportunity for their benefit and the progress of Isin Local Government,” Hon. Omotosho stated.
The unveiling ceremony, held in the presence of distinguished personalities, included the Executive Chairman of Isin Local Government, Hon. Benjamin Lanre Jolayemi; Vice Chairperson, Hon. Ganiyat Sanni; Speaker, Hon. Temitope Alabi; Party Chairman, Hon. Segun Awogbade (Obaway); Local Government Development Officer, Dr. (Mrs.) Serah Oloyede; Comrade Surajudeen Adeyemi (KMC Representative); and the Chairman of the Artisan Congress, Chief Alawe.
The event featured goodwill messages from dignitaries, who commended Hon. Omotosho’s visionary leadership and advised beneficiaries to utilize the program’s resources responsibly.
