The Kwara State Commissioner for Education and HumanCapital Development, Hajiya Sa’adatu Modibbo Kawu today undertook a comprehensive dual inspection aimed at advancing education and infrastructure development across the state.
During her visit, Commissioner Kawu oversaw the assessment of the KwaraLearn program, emphasizing its crucial role in elevating educational standards.
Schools inspected included Isale Maliki LGEA Ilorin East Local Government, Eruda LGEA Ilorin West LG, Abata Shubanul Secondary School Ilorin West, St Michael Primary School Ilorin South, Ago Oja Secondary School Asa LG, and Gaa Odota Secondary School Ilorin West, as part of the ongoing projects initiated by Governor AbdulRazaq.
Simultaneously, Commissioner Modibbo Kawu reviewed the progress of ongoing infrastructure projects, such as classroom construction and renovations, as well as the refurbishment of boys’ and girls’ hostels at the School of Special Needs in Oyun, Ilorin LG.
During her interactions with students, Kawu emphasized the importance of diligence in their studies and assured them of continued government support. She underscored the commitment of the AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq administration to enhancing the quality of education in Kwara State.
Principals and headmasters expressed gratitude to the governor for his dedication to infrastructure development and the introduction of KwaraLearn, which has revitalized the educational landscape in the state.
In addition to assessing infrastructure, Hajia Sa’adatu Modibbo Kawu evaluated the service delivery of KwaraLearn across various schools, ensuring that the program continues to meet the evolving needs of students and educators alike.
