Kwara Consultative Civil Society Forum Distances Self from Planned Protest
The Kwara Consultative Civil Society Forum (KCCSF) has disassociated itself from plans to stage a protest against bad governance in Kwara State.
During press briefing with Newsmen in Ilorin on Sunday, Hajiya Hauwa Balogun, Convener of KCCSF, clarified that while the forum shares concerns about the need for good governance and accountable leadership, it is not involved in the planned protest.
Just Event Online reports, KCCSF emphasized its commitment to promoting positive change through constructive dialogue, advocacy, and community engagement.
The forum urged all stakeholders to work together towards a more prosperous and just society.
The group also called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to address the nation and provide leadership during this critical moment.
The forum reiterated its dedication to speaking for the citizenry and promoting peaceful and united communities in Kwara State.
