The Kwara Progressive Media Organization (KPMO), a political group under the ruling All Progressive Congress has appealed to the people of Kwara, particularly the youth, to abstain from participating in any actions that could lead to instability and destruction.

Resources that could have been utilized for development and growth had to be redirected to rehabilitate affected businesses and support families. This was a setback we cannot afford to repeat”.
“Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq CON, Chairman Nigeria Governors’ Forum is fully aware of the economic pressures faced by the people of Kwara. Alongside President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, he is committed to implementing comprehensive and multidimensional strategies to address these issues. Efforts are being made to ensure a stable and prosperous economic environment for all. These measures require time, patience, and constructive dialogue to come to fruition”.
“We commend the various stakeholders in our state, including community associations, who are actively working to maintain peace and stability. Their efforts are crucial in ensuring that our challenges are addressed in a constructive manner. Turning against one another will only deepen our problems. Unity and collaboration are the keys to overcoming our difficulties and building a brighter future”.
