The Muslim faithfuls on Friday commissioned Kobiowu Mosque, situated at Awolowo road, Tanke area of Ilorin
The edifice was built by members of Kobiowu Mosque Community with major financiers supporting it to serve muslim ummah in the area and beyond for their supplication
Its construction was done by SAILOM Concept Limited under the Chairmanship of Arc. Illias Sanni
Ubandomah of Ilorin, Sheikh Dr. Abdulkadir who led the prayer prayed to Almighty Allah to to replenish the donors massively. He enjoined Muslims to inculcate the good gesture of contributing towards the cause of Allah
Speaking at the commissioning, Arc. Sanni prayed for the blessing of Almighty upon the major donor of the central mosque
He prayed to God to enrich and provide for others who has contributed to the successful completion of the mosque.
He enjoined muslims to be more tolerant, cohabit peacefully and spread love with each other as preached by Islam
“Even a non muslim donated huge sum for the completion of the mosque, therefore muslims should live peacefully among themselves and the non muslims”
Chairman Committee, Alh Saadudeen in his remarks commended the efforts of the donours towards successful completion of the mosque. He charged the people to ensure that the vicinity is well tidied as he prays to Allah to continue answering their Ibadah.
