In response to the claim made by some family members of the former Kwara State Gubernatorial Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, AbdulRazaq Atunwa that the people who dumped the party for the ruling All Progressive Congress are not part of them, Alhaji Mustapha Kehinde Elewuetu has debunked the claim, describing it as false and urged the general public to disregard it.
Recall, there was a report circulating recently that some of Atunwa’s family members joined APC in which the family members denied them being part of the family.
Speaking in a meeting with Just Event Online on Thursday, Alhaji Kehinde noted that, being in a political party that differs from my brother Barr. Atunwa’s party should not be an issue because politics is all about interest, I dumped PDP because of the good work done by Gov AbdulRazaq throughout the state, I and my team will work hard for the reelection of the people’s Governor
Speaking further, he described Razaq Atunwa as a man who is not politically sentimental and does not frown on anyone participating in any political party of their choice.
I met with the Mogaji of our family, Alh. Yusuf Amuda Elewuetu this morning and we talked at length without any issues, he added.
