The Isin Local Government Areas of the All Progressive Congress on Saturday embarked on a Freedom trek in support of the reelection of Gov AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, Kwara South APC Senatorial Candidate, Senator Lola Ashiru, House of Reps Candidate for Isin/Ekiti/Irepodun/Oke-Ero Federal Constituency, Engr C O Adebayo and APC Candidate for Isin Constituency, Hon AbdulRasaq Olakunle.
While speaking, TIC Vice Chairman of the LG, Hon Sanni Ganiyat noted that the freedom trek was to reaffirm their unwavering support for all party candidates and to bring it to the public that the party has no opposition in the area.
Also speaking, Oladayo Otunola Olaosebikan described APC as the winning team. He enjoined party members to come out en-mase to vote gov AbdulRahman in the forthcoming election
“We want to show people in our LG that Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq is our leader, he added.”
APC women leader, Isin LG Mrs Iyabode Oyinloye reiterated their support for Gov AbdulRahman.
“The governor has done well in terms of payment of salary as at when due, distribution of Owo Isowo”
Iyabode expressed assurance that the party will emerge come to the 2023 general election.
She called on the people especially women to embrace the party and added that for more development in the State.
