Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association Holds Annual Get-Together for financial members

....Express confidence in the New Police Chief

The Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association (IEYDA) on Sunday held its annual get-together for its financial up-to-date members and decision-makers at the association’s secretariat, Aishat Adepate House, Edun Area, Ilorin.

IEYDA National President, Alh Salaudeen Babatunde, emphasized the importance of financial members, acknowledging their “sacrifice” and urging others to follow their path in contributing to the association’s development.

Chairman of the occasion, Alagua Owode Alhaji Sadiq Owode appreciated IEYDA members for their roles in bringing succor to the less privileged in the society, he urge them not relent in their pursuits to bring growth and development to the people

Founder Geri FM , Dr AbdulRaheem Mahmud in his remarks charged the association to do more in helping the needy

Alhaji Muhammad Uthman Jagunma, IEYDA National PRO, led the presentation of gifts to selected members as a token of appreciation.

Earlier, the association organized a special prayer for the new Commissioner of Police, Jimoh Mashood, led by Imam Tajudeen Oloyin. Describing Mashood as a “proud ambassador” of the Ilorin Emirate, the association expressed confidence in him and offered their support to him and other “image makers” from the region.

The event brought together prominent figures from the Ilorin Emirate, including; Secretary, Ilorin Emirate Alagua/Magaji Forum and Alagua Owode, Alhaji Sadiq; Barr Abdulkareem Alabi; Founder of Geri FM; Dr AbdulRaheem Mahmud; PA to the Emir of Ilorin, Dr AbdulRaheem Murtala, among others.
