Ilorin Emirate Durbar Committee Visits Emir for Blessings Ahead of 2025 Durbar Preparations
The Ilorin Emirate Durbar Committee, under the leadership of the Danmasani of Ilorin, Engr. Suleiman Yahaya Alapansanpa, has officially commenced preparations for the 2025 Ilorin Emirate Durbar.
As part of the traditional process, the committee paid a courtesy visit to the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, at his palace to seek royal blessings and prayers for a successful planning and execution of this year’s grand cultural celebration.
According to statement made available to by Just Event Online TV from member of the committee, Alhaji Nurudeen Ibrahim through Alhaji Tunde Akanbi Chairman of Publicity sub committee, The visit signifies the formal kickoff of activities towards organizing the highly anticipated annual event, which showcases the rich cultural heritage of the Ilorin Emirate.
