In a bid to ensure total victory in the forthcoming general elections, IGBAJA WARD 1 in Ifelodun LGA of Kwara state, on Sunday organized a solidarity rally in support of APC Presidential Candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the re-election of Kwara State Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, senator representing Kwara South Senatorial District, Lola Ashiru and other APC Candidates.
The event also featured the sensitisation of electorates, on how to vote rightly
Addressing the audience at the rally, Igbaja Ward 1 chairman noted that the event is important as there is need to sensitize electorates on how to exercise their franchise as they are one of the key players in the election process.
He restated the ward’s commitment towards ensuring the party’s victory in the general elections.
In his words, SSA Community Intervenation to Kwara Gov, Hon. Kayode Oyin Zubair (KOZ) described Asiwaju as the first among equals, noted that he must emerge as the next president for more development in the country.
He also posited that gov AbdulRahman should be re elected in order to be able to consolidate on his legacies and track record of unprecedented development and achievements in all sectors
He urged the people to vote massively for APC for the betterment of Kwara and Nigeria at large.
on his part, senator representing Kwara South Senatorial District, Lola Ashiru said a vote for Asiwaju and other party candidates is a vote for integrity, intelligence, humanity, competency, and patriotism.
He promised to continue his good work when re elected.
