The Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association (IEYDA) has Congratulated the People and Residents of Ilorin Emirate under the auspices of His Royal Highness, the Emir of Ilorin, Alh. (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, CFR, and the entire Muslim Ummah world over on the successful completion of the year 1445 A.H Ramadan Fasting.
In a Sallah Greeting message jointly signed by the *National President* of the association, *Alh. Abdullahi Babatunde Salau* and the *National Publicity Secretary, Alh. Mohammed Uthman Jagunma* and made available to Just Event Online TV, IEYDA expressed sincere appreciation to all the donors and supporters of her 2024 Ramadan Programmes; especially the Food and Cash Package for the Less-privilege and the 9th Annual Lailatul-Qadr Economic Empowerment for Petty Traders and SMEs who are mostly Less-privileged Aged and Widows. IEYDA pray Allah to reward all donors and supporters abundantly and replenish their pockets in multiple folds.
IEYDA used the medium to call on Muslim faithfuls to uphold the teachings of Ramadan Fasting as they Celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, stating that whatever that was done right during the month of Ramadan is expected to be sustained thereafter in the interest of all, and towards attaining an eternal reward from Almighty Allah.
IEYDA enjoined Muslims across the nation to use the occasion of the Eid-el-Fitr Celebration to pray fervently for Nigeria, as Allah’s intervention and mercy is needed more than ever if the persistent hardship being experienced by Nigerians will be a thing of the past.
IEYDA sent a note of caution to the entire Youths of Ilorin Emirate and Kwara State at large to conduct themselves responsibly as they go to Ilorin Eid Praying Ground, stating that the Praying Ground is not a political platform to sing praises of any politician or do otherwise; but it is strictly a Worshipping Ground under the authority of the Maimartaba, Seriki Musulumi, HRH, the Emir of Ilorin.
IEYDA wished all Muslims a Peaceful and Rewarding Eid-el-Fitr Celebration.
