In a bold stride toward grassroots agricultural transformation, member representing Ifelodun Offa Oyun Federal Constituency at House of Representatives, Abuja , Hon. Tijani Ismail Kayode has again demonstrated exemplary leadership with the launch of a massive empowerment initiative for farmers in Kwara South.
Held on April 24, 2025, and executed in partnership with the Kwara Youth Organisation (KWAYORG), the program saw the distribution of critical agricultural tools and inputs—including fertilizers, power tillers, cargo tricycles, and modern spraying cans—to local farmers across the seven local governments in the senatorial district.

The initiative, strategically timed with the onset of the rainy season, is aimed at boosting food production, enhancing productivity, and supporting smallholder farmers whose livelihoods are directly tied to agriculture.
