Hon. Sulaiman Lekan Gadaff Celebrates May Day with Nigerian Workers

As Nigerian workers mark the 2023 International Workers’ Day, Hon. Sulaiman Lekan Gadaff, the Special Assistant to the Kwara State Governor on Youth Empowerment, felicitates with workers in Kwara State and across the country.

In a statement made available to Just Event Online TV on Monday

Hon. Gadaff acknowledges the important role played by workers in the growth and development of the Nigerian economy. He commends their dedication, commitment, and hard work in driving economic progress and development in the country.

As we celebrate this year’s May Day, Hon. Gadaff reaffirms his commitment to the empowerment of Nigerian youth through various initiatives such as skills acquisition, entrepreneurship development, and job creation under the progressive leadership of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq. The worker’s friendly governor who recognizes the importance of a vibrant and productive workforce as a catalyst for economic growth and development.

Hon. Gadaff also acknowledges the efforts of the Kwara State Government in creating an enabling environment for businesses to thrive and for workers to earn a decent living. He notes that the recent increase in the minimum wage for workers in the state is a step in the right direction towards improving the welfare of workers in Kwara State.

He further assures workers of the state government’s commitment to addressing issues of job security, decent wages, and good working conditions for workers in the state.

Hon. Gadaff urges workers to continue to be committed to their duties and to maintain a high level of professionalism in their respective fields. He emphasizes the need for workers to embrace innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship as tools for enhancing their productivity and contributing to the growth and development of the economy.

In conclusion, Hon. Sulaimon Lekan Gadaff wishes all workers in Kwara State and across the country a happy May Day celebratio, and encourages them to remain committed to the development of the Nigerian economy.
