In the spirit of love sharing in the holy month of Ramadan, Hajia Sa’adatu Modibbo Kawu, Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development in Kwara State has organized the 4th annual Women Ramadan Lecture which brought together women across Ilorin South.
The Commissioner in her address, emphasized the importance of love and unity among women.
House of Assembly member representing Ilorin South constituency, Hon. Maryam Yusuf Aladi, at the program commended Hajia Saadatu for her initiative. She echoed the call for a peaceful and harmonious community within Ilorin South and Kwara State at large.
The guest speakers; Hajia Hawau Gbagede and Alhaja Khadijat Batimoluwasi Al-Hidayat offered a special prayer for Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and Hajia Saadatu Modibo Kawu.
Citing from the glorious Qur’an, the both guest lecturers discussed the importance of love and harmony.
The event, held at the Magaji Okaka compound, provided an avenue for women to connect, learn, and celebrate the holy month of Ramadan
