FG Awards FEDPOFFA As Dr. Kadiri Led Management Sponsors Highest Participants To FME Retreat

The Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Federal Ministry of Education has awarded the Federal Polytechnic Offa among other Institutions with Highest Number of Participants at the Ministry’s Retreat in Keffi, Nassarawa State.

The retreat held between 27th to 30th November 2023 was organised by the Legal Unit of the Federal Ministry of Education for Legal Advisers, Registrars, and Officers in administration in the Ministry of Education and its agencies.

The retreat brings together professionals, policymakers, and administrators from various educational institutions and government bodies across the country. The collaborative platform offers participants an opportunity to share the best institutional practices, exchange ideas and engage in meaningful discussions on pressing challenges affecting the educational sector in Nigeria.

While speaking on the award, the Rector said the participants were sponsored to the retreat to improve their efficiency and productivity and also to energise the spirit of dedication, commitment of staff members to work ethic and administrative standard for the growth and development of Polytechnic.

Dr. Kadiri added that one of the major priorities of his administration is staff welfare and development; he said the management will not relent on staff members’ efficiency and productivity to enhance institutional growth and progress.

The participants are: SSA to the Rector, Mrs. Justina F. Egbele; Deputy Registrar, ASHRU, Mrs. Christiana o. Okuwa-Odunbun; Deputy Registrar, Council Affairs, Barr. Ebenezer K. Babatunde; Deputy Registrar, ASE, Mr. Emmanuel D. Ige; Ag. Head, Legal Matters, Barr. Mrs. Esther A. Faremi; and Ag. Head, Protocols Unit, Mr. Zulukarnaini Adana.
