In the spirit of Easter celebrations, the Deputy Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Ojo Olayiwola, has greeted Christians across the state.
The Deputy Speaker urged citizens to use this period for reflection, renewal, and prayer for the peace and prosperity of Kwara and Nigeria as a whole.

Rt Hon Ojo Olayiwola emphasized the importance of Easter as a time of spiritual significance, symbolizing hope, renewal, and reconciliation.
In his message, he encouraged Christians to draw inspiration from the teachings of Jesus Christ and to embody the values of love, compassion, and unity in their daily lives.
“As we celebrate Easter, let us take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices made by Jesus Christ and the message of love and redemption that he imparted to humanity,” stated the Deputy Speaker.
“It is a time for us to come together in prayer and solidarity, seeking divine guidance and blessings for the progress and well-being of our beloved state of Kwara and our nation Nigeria.”
Rt Hon Ojo Olayiwola reiterated his commitment to serving the people of Kwara State and working towards the advancement of the state’s interests.
He called on citizens to remain steadfast in their faith and to continue supporting Governor AbdulRazaq AbdulRahman CON’s efforts aimed at fostering development and progress in Kwara.
