YUCATECO Boxing Promotion In Collaboration with Peteru Sports Management and Kwara State Boxing Association have concluded arrangement to stage a scouting competition to discover new talents boxers in Kwara State.
The boxing trial according to the state boxing club would give the young upcoming boxers within the nooks and crannies of the 16th local government area of the state the opportunity to showcase their God given talents.
The Yucateco team led by the Technical Manager Olushola Ajala would arrive Ilorin the state capital this week to stage the boxing trial schedule to hold on Sunday 14th of July, 2024 at the Queen Elizabeth Secondary School Hall, Ilorin.
The new discovery boxers at the end of the trial will be picked by Yucateco Boxing Promotion, who would now give them the ground in the outside world.
The Technical Manager, Olushola Ajala said Yucateco is determined, give full support in developing and raising boxers from the grassroots.
The brain behind the project in Ilorin, Mr Odelana Olaoluwa Peter explained the concept of the ideas is to promote Boxing and it is one of the ways to give back to society.
He therefore called for the support of Sports lovers to group out to support young Boxers on Sunday 14, July At Queen’s School, Ilorin, Kwara State.
