Darul Ulum Isalekoto Alumni Ass. presents Cash, Books to outstanding graduands

 

As part of efforts towards boosting the morale of students to seek Arabic knowledge, Darul Ulum Isalekoto Ilorin, on Wednesday presented Cash gifts and other items to eight outstanding graduands of the citadel of learning.

The representative of Darul Ulum Alumni Association, Dr Abdul Fattahi Olanru, at the event said the act is a way of preserving Arabic education and encouraging young people to seek the right knowledge.

He noted that the society is becoming rotten day in and day out, added that it is important to ensure the upcoming generation has adequate knowledge, to serve as guidance to them.

He applauded the teachers of the institution for their dedication towards impacting quality knowledge to the students

He equally eulogises the outstanding graduands and advised them to continue taking the right step.

You have become a role model and I want you all to sustain it, he added.

Speaking with Journalists, The school principal, Sheikh AbdulRazaq appreciated the Alumni for their dedication and commitment to contributing to Education and Human Capital development

He prayed to Allah to continue to bless them in multiple folds as he also enjoined the graduands to make the school proud with good behaviour anywhere they found themselves

Speaking on behalf of graduands, the best-graduating students, AbdulRazaq appreciated the kind gesture of the Alumni and promised to be good ambassador of the school

The event had the presence of AbdulRahman Olanru, Shaikh Murtadoh, Imam Alaya, and Ustaz AbdulRazaq Aremo, among others.

Overall best student of the year 2022 ( Tawjihi) Fadilullahi Abdul Razaq.

Overall best at the Idadiyyah level: Abdullahi Animasahun Ayomide.

Best female students of the year: Zainab Sulaiman ( Tawjihi).

Over best received one hundred thousand naira courtesy of Hon. Justice Ahmad Olarewaju Belgore.

Over best Idadiyyah recieved 20,000 naira courtesy of Hon. Justice Abdul Kadir Ola Grand Kadi retired, Kwara State Sharia Court of Appeal.

Other students that benefited from the prizes given are :

Toyyib Zakariyyah, Abdul Mujeeb Mas’ud Dan maiduka, Ahmad Habibullah and Abdul Quadri Abdul Rahman Jamaodo
