The Assistant National Auditor of the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), Alhaji Mohammed Uthman Jagunmo, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Electoral Committee for the upcoming PCRC Zone 7 Executive Elections.
In a document obtained by Just Event Online TV on Friday
The appointment was made by the National Chairman of PCRC, Alhaji Mogaji Ibraheem Olaniyan, on March 13, 2025, as part of efforts to ensure a smooth and transparent election process. The committee was officially inaugurated yesterday.
The three-member Electoral Committee includes:
Alhaji Mohammed Uthman Jagunmo – Chairman
Alhaji Sadiq Momoh Isa – Secretary
Elder Aaron H. Ali – Member
The Zone 7 Executive Elections are scheduled to hold on May 29, 2025, at the PCRC National Secretariat, Jabi, Abuja, by 11 AM. A total of 21 executive members, including Area Command Chairmen from the FCT and Niger State, will serve as delegates.
In line with the election guidelines, all interested aspirants are required to obtain nomination forms from the Electoral Committee Secretary upon payment of the stipulated fees into the PCRC National Account (UBA 100 855 7095). Completed forms must be submitted to the PCRC National Secretariat, Jabi, Abuja, with prior notification to the Electoral Committee Secretary at least 24 hours before submission.
The Electoral Committee has assured all stakeholders of a free, fair, and credible election, urging for maximum cooperation from all members.
