The Chairman of the Lower Niger River Basin Development Authority, Alh. Abdullateef Gidado Alakawa, has extended warm birthday wishes to Hon. Olamilekan Alieru Mukail, the Special Assistant on Drug Abuse Prevention and Control, as he marks another year.
