The Baboko Ward Youth Development Association (BAWAYODA), in collaboration with the Missionary Board, held it 2025 Annual Laila-tul Qadr Programme
The event, which commemorates the sacred night of Laila-tul Qadr, brought together community members, youth leaders, and dignitaries to promote unity, spiritual growth, and community development.
Held at BAWADA Secretariat, Baboko, Ilorin, the programme featured presentation of award of excellence to deserving individuals who have made significant contributions to community development.
The guest lecturer Sheikh Sayyuti reflects on the importance of Lailatul Quadir, emphasized the importance of commitment to fostering community spirit, promoting Islamic values, and acknowledging the selfless contributions of community champions.
President of the Association, Mallam Akeem Kawata said the awardees were recognized for their tireless efforts in improving the lives of others and making a positive impact in their community.
The National President of the Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association, Alh. Uthman Jagummah urged Member to prioritize community development and ensure their mandate is fulfilled.
