The students and graduates of Zumuratil Mumeen Baba Lagbaji have been praised for excelling in various walks of life.
This was disclosed on Saturday during the 2025 Annual Moulud Nabiyi celebration of the Shabab Zumuratil Mumeen Society of Nigeria (SHAZMON), held at Agbaji, Ilorin.
In his sermon, Sheikh Suleiman Oba Nla Al-Faaizuun commended Sheikh Musa Al-Agbaji for dedicating his entire life to Islam. He noted that during his lifetime, Sheikh Musa Baba Lagbaji shunned social distractions and focused solely on imparting knowledge to people, the fruits of which are now evident in the success of his disciples.
He sowed good seeds that transformed lives. Some individuals who were rejected by their families and communities found hope at Agbaji, transforming their lives into meaningful ones,” he said, adding, “It is only Baba Lagbaji’s disciples who achieve such remarkable feats.”
He prayed for the organizers of the Moulud Nabiyi and urged them to consistently invite graduates of the Zumuratil Mumeen Baba Lagbaji Islamic School to showcase their knowledge.
Sheikh Aadam As-Saliheen Salaty, in his address, advised couples, especially women, to be submissive to their spouses for the sake of their children. He also encouraged men to be responsible and prioritize their families’ welfare.
The National President of Shabab Zumuratil Mumeen Society of Nigeria (SHAZMON), Sheikh Ibrahim Tohir, expressed gratitude to the guests and prayed for Allah’s blessings upon them.
The event also featured the presentation of merit awards to deserving individuals for their invaluable contributions to promoting Islamic values and messages.
