The Association of Telephones, Cable TV, and Internet Subscribers of Nigeria (ATCIS) has hailed Senator Chief Mrs. Daisy Ehanire Danjuma on her 72nd birthday, appreciating her role in the development of the telecom sector and her motherly role towards ATCIS.
Hon. Sina Bilesanmi, National President of ATCIS, congratulated Senator Danjuma on behalf of over 223 million telecom subscribers across Nigeria, thanking God for her life and contributions.
Senator Danjuma, a law graduate and alumnus of the Lagos Business School, has had a distinguished career in law, banking, and politics. She has served as a Senator, Chairman of the ECOWAS Parliament’s Women and Children’s Rights Committee, and Executive Chairman of South Atlantic Petroleum Limited (SAPETRO).
ATCIS appreciates her sterling achievements and contributions to the legal profession, business, governance, and philanthropy. Senator Danjuma has received honorary doctorate degrees from the University of Ibadan, University of Benin, and the Redeemer’s University.
