A political group under the leading All Progressives Congress, Asa Local Government Progressives Family on Saturday empowered rural women in the local government in honour of His Excellency, gov of kwara state and Chairman, Nigeria Govs Forum, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.
The event held at party secretariat, Afon, Asa LG headquarters was attended by party stalwarts and stakeholders across kwara state.
The empowerment program for Rural Women was in appreciation of their loyalty, Blbelieve, resilience, commitment and Support to the Administration of Governor Abdulrahman.
Speaker KWHA, Rt. Hon Yakubu Saliu Danladi who wad represented by Member Representing Ipaye/Oloru/Malete constituency, Hon. Lawal Ayanshola harped on the importance of unity within the party members
APC state secretary, Alh. Mustapha Isowo promised the party’s support at all time while enjoining them towards the good cause of the party come 2027.
The beneficiaries in numbers commended the gesture while reaffirming their continued support for the present administration and beyond.
