Ace Broadcaster, Aminat Salako Adekunle on Wednesday, unveiled a book titled “LEST WE FORGET” Kwara Political Revolution, A Broadcaster’ Account
Aminat speaking at the launching ceremony said, writing a book of such a kind is a painstaking effort. She maintained that books help to authenticate facts, clarify information and preserve history.
Mrs. Salako appealed to the political parties and politicians not to make a winning do or die affair
She however expressed gratitude to Kwara State Gov, Mallam AbdullRaman AbdulRazaq, wife of the Gov, Mrs. Olufolake AbdulRazaq, the Royal Father Alatanda of Atanda Town, and other dignitaries present at the launching ceremony

Kwara State Gov Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq, ably represented by SA Strategy to Kwara Gov, Mr. Sadudeen Salaudeen while speaking with newsmen, said Kwarans must bring out the constitutional political and societal place of the press in any democratic setting.
He maintained that Gov AbdulRahman is doing his possibilities in ensuring transparency in governance, adding that the government will ensure to restore the glory of Kwara in the Federal Republic of Nigeria
Speaking further, Saadudeen congratulated the author on her relentless effort towards the growth of the state and upholding the canon of journalism
The Director-General, Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Dr. Mansur Liman, ably represented by Mr. Nima Ibrahim said, what journalists need for effective delivery is a secured environment, access to information, and freedom to operate
