Abuja-based legal practitioner and Chairman of the Kwara Para Athletics Association, Barrister Aiyelabegan Lanre Abdulkadir, has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin and chairman Kwara State Council of Obas and Chiefs, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu Gambari CFR, on his 84th birthday anniversary.
