Kwara State to Host Inaugural Education Conference on Future-Ready Education and STEM Development – Dr. Adetola Ariyike Salau

Dr. Adetola Ariyike Salau, the Special Adviser on Education, Policy Formulation, and Human Capital Development to Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State, has announced the upcoming Kwara State Education Conference.

Themed “Future-Ready Education: Advancing STEM & Skills Development for Nigerian Youth,” this landmark event will gather key figures in education, policy-making, and industry to discuss and strategize on advancing STEM and skill development for youth in Kwara State and beyond.

Scheduled for November 14, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the conference will take place at the Banquet Hall in Ilorin, the state capital.

The event promises an engaging programme featuring keynote speeches, workshops, panel discussions, paper presentations, and roundtable sessions designed to encourage knowledge exchange and innovation.

In announcing the event on Tuesday, November 5, Dr. Salau highlighted that the conference will serve as a platform for educators, administrators, and policy experts to share ideas and best practices.

The event is being held in partnership with IHS Towers, with Hajia Sa’adatu Modibbo Kawu, Kwara State Commissioner for Education, as the Chief Host.

With a packed agenda and contributions from leaders in the education and technology sectors, the Kwara State Education Conference is set to be a significant step toward building a skilled, future-ready workforce in Nigeria.
