A chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kwara State, Alhaji Abdulrauf Baba AbdulRazaq, today, congratulated Governor Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq on his inauguration for the second term in office as the Executive Governor of Kwara State.
Alhaji Baba, who doubles as Governor’s brother, described the Governor as God sent with the mandate of continuity to serve all Kwarans with improved living standards in Healthcare, Education, Infrastructure, Agriculture and Security in Kwara State.
“We can always appreciate God for our Governor, he’s indeed God sent. He has improved standard of living, making sure all sectors work optimally. Everyone can be happy now for enjoying what they voted for”.
He said Governor’s hardworking spirit, tenaciousness and dedication to the progress of the state has earned him many accolades and honours that has cumulated into his emergence as the Chairman, Nigeria Governor’s Forum.
He commended Mallam AbdulRazaq for his outstanding leadership qualities, his developmental projects across all sectors and the prompt payment of full salaries of civil servants including the traditional rulers.
He also congratulated the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Zulu- Gambari and all traditional councils in Kwara State, the APC state party chairman Prince Sunday Fagbemi, and all party executives for the victory.
He prayed to God to continue upholding the governor on his new task as NGF chairman and also on his assumption of office for another term in office
