Unknown Gunmen has raided the Oluwalose community along Okolowo, a suburb of Ilorin early Tuesday, abducting unspecified number of residents.
Just Event Online TV gathered that the armed men arrived at the community around midnight on Tuesday.
A source said at least 15 people or thereabouts including the community chairman, Mr Buhari Tunde were kidnapped after shooting in the community by the gunmen.
According to the source, the unknown gunmen left the community to run for their lives around 2 am after Operation Harmony tactical team showed up.
Reacting to the report, Police Public Relations Officer Kwara Command, SP Ajayi Okasanmi in a chat with Just Event Online, said he was aware that two men were abducted in that community added that efforts are ongoing to get the victims rescued.
