As the 2023 general election is around the corner, the Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association IEYDA organized a two day town hall meeting for all candidates across political parties vying for post in Ilorin Emirate Local Govt Areas which consists of Asa, Moro, Ilorin West, Ilorin East and South
The program which was the second of its kind was held at the National Forum House, GRA Ilorin and was witnessed by candidates of various political parties in Ilorin
Responding to questions by the moderator, Engr Ahmed Kazeem Jatto and Nationality PRO of IEYDA, Alhaji Uthman Jagunmo, the candidates presented their blue prints and promised rule excellently and beyond expectations
The candidates in their various submission also presented their manifestos and assured people of Ilorin Emirate and Kwara at large of quality representation.
Also in his address, IEYDA National President, Alhaji Babatunde Salaudeen urged whoever emerge the winner to fulfil all promises made for the growth and development of the people of Ilorin Emirate and Kwara State at large
They promised to prioritize education, security, agriculture, welfarism of students, teachers and civil servants at all levels
